Ingredients
* Croissants, sliced
* 1 orange
* 1 TBSP Grand Marnier
* ¼ cup sugar
* 2 eggs
* ½ cup milk
* Cream cheese, sliced
* Orange marmalade
* Butter

Preparation
In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, sugar and Grand Marnier.Butter both sides of the croissant and soak in mixture, making sure it is completely coated.Remove croissant from mixture to build a cream cheese and orange marmalade sandwich. If you don’t like orange marmalade, you can substitute it with strawberry jam or any flavor you like. Put some butter in the grill, and grill the "sandwich" like a grilled cheese sandwich.Remove, put on plate, take orange and scrape a little orange zest on top.
